1.1. The affiliate program is intended for individuals and legal entities who wish to recommend our product/service and receive a reward for referred clients. 1.2. Participation in the program is voluntary and free of charge.
Registration and Participation
2.1. To participate, you need to register in the affiliate program and obtain a unique referral link. Submit an application to join (link to the form page). 2.2. Each partner is required to provide accurate data upon registration. 2.3. The administration reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons, either at the time of reviewing the application or at a later stage.
Commission for partners
3.1. The partner receives a commission of 5 % of the amount of the client’s paid order, where the client was referred via the partner’s referral link. 3.2. The commission amount depends on the partner’s level. 3.3. A referral is assigned to the partner for 30 days from the moment they click the partner’s referral link. 3.4. Payments are made once the minimum threshold of 200 EUR is reached. 3.5. The commission can be claimed only within 12 months from the date it was credited. 3.6. Payments are transferred to a bank account on a monthly basis. 3.7. Clients are eligible for commission calculation for the current month only if they signed the contract at least 3 months ago. This procedure is due to the specific workflow of insurance companies: the partner’s commission is credited only after the client’s payment is received and the transaction is confirmed by the insurer. 3.8. Taxation. Each commission amount will always be considered inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.8.1. If the participant is registered as a self‑employed person or a company, they are obliged to issue a valid tax invoice for each commission due, which must include:
the relevant tax base;
the applicable VAT (21 %);
withholding of income tax (IRPF) at the rate of 15 %, or 7 % if applicable.
3.8.2. The agent undertakes to:
withhold the relevant IRPF on each payment;
remit these withholdings to the tax authority via the quarterly Form 111;
report them in the annual return using Form 190.
3.8.3. If the participant is not registered as self‑employed or is not a legally registered company, they will not be able to receive commissions until they have resolved their tax and legal status. 3.8.4. The participant bears sole responsibility for fulfilling their tax, labour, and social security obligations, thereby releasing the agent from any liability arising from non‑compliance with these obligations.
